Our Return Policy
If you would like to return your merchandise, Susan Lanci Designs will gladly accept eligible returns within 30 days of receipt of your order. The merchandise should be returned new, with all tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Items should be unused, unwashed, and undamaged (No pet hair, chew marks, etc.).
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, Susan Lanci Designs reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise if it does not meet the return policy requirements.
Merchandise returned to Susan Lanci Designs will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
For all returns, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us via a trackable method. Keep the proof of return postage until your return has been processed. Susan Lanci Designs will not be responsible for lost return packages.
For exchanges on domestic orders, the replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
For refunds to the original payment method, an $8 restocking fee and the cost of the original freight will be deducted from the return balance. There’s no restocking fee for store credit. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
For International Orders, If you choose to return an item, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges. If you would like to proceed with an exchange you will be responsible for the new item to be sent back to you.
All return requests need to be processed through our Return Portal and the assigned RMA number needs to be included with the return package. Failure to do so might cause a delay in processing your return.
