All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once an order is placed, we ARE NOT able to honor CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS.

Barks Fifth Avenue does not accept exchanges. If there are any manufacturer issues with an item(s), contact us at sales@barksfifth.com within 48 hours of receiving your package(s). If the request is made after 48 hours of the delivery date, the request will NOT be honored. Barks Fifth Avenue has the right to refuse the exchange of any merchandise that it determines does not meet its requirements. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags attached. All custom orders/made by order items are NON-Refundable/NON-Exchangeable. 

Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and the consumer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise. After Barks Fifth Avenue has received your package, we will contact you within 24-48 to confirm all details and have the exchange item(s) shipped to you.
 
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
